Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue and provide additional value to clients.
Client Retention: Develop and implement strategies to retain clients and build long-term relationships, ensuring continued satisfaction and loyalty.
HubSpot Utilization: Utilize HubSpot to manage client interactions, track orders, and maintain accurate records of client information and communications.

Qualifications:
Client-Facing Experience: Previous experience in a client-facing role, with a focus on managing relationships and providing excellent service.
HubSpot Proficiency: Strong experience with HubSpot for managing client interactions and maintaining accurate records.
Order Management Skills: Ability to handle order inquiries, data entry, and order creation with accuracy and efficiency.
Upselling and Cross-Selling: Experience identifying and pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Fluency in English: Native fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.
