    Account Manager

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Be “End to End” responsible for NEXT BASKET’s Partners needs; 
    • Drive the end-to-end execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timely delivery;
    • Foster collaboration among diverse teams including developers, designers, and marketers to achieve Partner’s objectives;
    • Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address roadblocks to keep projects on track;
    • Work closely with all internal departmens as Marketing, Sales, IT and etc.
    • Efficiently allocate and manage resources to optimize project outcomes while maintaining a clear understanding of budget constraints.
    • Establish clear project milestones, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders effectively.

    WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING EVERY DAY?

    • Determining clients needs by conducting meetings to outline their digital goals;
    • Overseeing the client's online presence and identifying areas of improvement;
    • Actively communicate customer needs and KPIs with services delivery team;
    • Being able to analyze the effectiveness of the digital marketing services effort and translate and communicate it with our business partners;
    • You will work closely with services delivery team such as graphic designers, content writers, digital marketing specialists, strategists, etc;
    • You will work closely with Sales and Services leads;
    • Creating and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients to build trust;
    • You are highly focused in great level of customer satisfaction;
    • Acting as a point of contact for clients to address any digital management queries or concerns;
    • Keeping abreast with the digital and e-commerce industry;

    OUR EXPECTATIONS

    • At least 5 years of experience as a Account manager; 
    • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and delivering taks;
    • Ability to align project goals with broader company objectives, contributing to the overall business strategy.
    • Skill in navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities while maintaining a structured approach to project management.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and transparent information flow across teams and stakeholders.
    • High level of English language proficiency (written and spoken).
    • Positive and friendly attitude.
    • Desire for personal & professional growth at an international scale.
