    Account Manager

    Main Purpose of Position

    • Contribute to organization’s success through revenue generation, gross profit, planning, budgeting, and overseeing different sales, marketing and presales initiatives of business. Relationship management, Prospecting, Lead generation, pipeline management, Account management, opportunity management, deal progression, forecasting, deal closure and ensures Identiko product and solutions meets prospective clients and customers expectations.

    Minimum Qualifications & Experience

    • A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience as Technology Sales personnel in the IT Solutions and Services sector.
    • Must possess 5 years proven and verifiable record of accomplishment, selling Enterprise IT Security, Networking, Cloud, Infrastructure & related IT Solutions in Nigeria.
    • Possession of relevant sales and product certifications is a must.
    • Possession of relevant IT certifications is also a plus
    • A bachelor’s degree in any of following fields: Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Electrical Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or closely related fields.
    • A master’s degree in any of the above or related fields will be added advantage.

    Key Result Areas

    • Sell Identiko solutions and services in all accounts assigned by having maximum face time with customers and with the use of a proper customer plan.
    • Achieve assigned quarterly/annual sales revenue and or profit target.
    • Acquire new accounts and discover new opportunities in both old and new accounts.
    • Grow and develop Identiko market and mind share in assigned sector.
    • Maintain a healthy pipeline to ensure targets are achieved or surpassed achievement
    • Develop and recommend sales and marketing strategies to keep IDENTIKO competitive and innovative.
    • Effectively progress opportunities through the IDENTIKO deal stages to ensure shorter sales cycles.
    • Lead and implement go-to-market propositions in each business sector; work with Marketing and Engineering teams to produce a focused proposition.
    • Build and maintain relationships to influence long-term strategic direction; act as an advisor to the customer.
    • Ensure excellent customer relationship and satisfaction by giving prompt response to customers’ requests and making early escalation of customer issues to relevant IDENTIKO authorities.
    • Understand our solutions and services, markets, the customer journey and the competitive landscape
    • Build relationships with influencers as partners and ambassadors for the promotion of our products.
    • Respond to RFP’s/RFQ’s.
