To support on the analysis and tracking of Price & Usage Variance and Inventory Write Off/Provisions.
Daily Analysis of Production Operations to ensure timely and accurate declaration of Production Figures.
Preparation and Analysis of Monthly Production Result from the Factory and Analysis of same.
To ensure that Stocks are physically counted and reconciled with the Expected Stock Balances as at Count Date, and ensure specific explanations are received for variances observed.
Responsible for safeguarding Company’s asset (Inventory), and Preparation of Monthly Inventory Valuation Reports
Conduct Surprise Stock Counts on Stocks in all locations at least once in a Month..
Ensure that Company controls as regards Inventory, Payables and Others as regards Company policy is followed judiciously.
