    Account Executive – Fleet Card & Bulk Fuel Sales

    Description

    • We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our team and lead our Fleet Card Sales and Bulk Fuel Sales efforts all from the comfort of your home.
    • This is a position ideal for candidates with strong business development skills, client relationship expertise, and a passion for closing deals.
    • You’ll work remotely to identify prospects, manage end-to-end sales, and support corporate customers with tailored fueling solutions.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Identify and engage commercial clients (transporters, fleet managers, contractors) in need of fuel card programs or bulk fuel supply.
    • Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
    • Convert prospects into customers by presenting tailored fueling solutions.
    • Manage the full sales cycle — from pitching to negotiation to closing.
    • Build strong client relationships and provide top-notch after-sales support.
    • Respond to RFPs, prepare proposals, and manage customer onboarding.
    • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
    • Report on sales performance weekly and monthly.
    • Achieve monthly targets of at least 2 new fleet card clients per month.
    • Achieve targets of at least 1 million gallons/year in new fleet card volume.
    • Grow and manage a robust pipeline of bulk fuel clients.
    • Promote fuel card programs to transporters, logistics firms, and SMEs.
    • Guide clients through onboarding, credit applications, and card setup.
    • Provide after-sales support and resolve client issues promptly.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in English, Mass Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field with sales experience
    • Experience with remote work
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in fleet/fuel or petroleum marketing sectors.
    • Proven track record in prospecting, closing deals, and account servicing.
    • Strong proposal writing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
    • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
    • Excellent communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver results remotely
    • Reliable Internet Connectivity
