Job Description:
• Posting the daily sales invoices and receipts
• Raising and filing payment vouchers serially.
• Disbursing imprest
• Follow up on retirements for all amounts collected by staff.
• Organize the invoices and receipts for daily sales and send them to the archive at the close of work every day
• Maintain records of business costs, such as labor and material
• Reconcile accounts with the general ledger
Requirements:
• B. Sc/HND in Accounting or related field
• Applicant must be Female for gender equality
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Account Officer
• Ability to use Accounting software packages
• Good Analytical Skill
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Suite (Excel and Word)
