Account Assistant at Class Suites Hotels & Apartments

Responsibilties

• Invoice Processing: Handling the entire invoice process, from receiving to payment and filing.
• Payment Processing: Managing payments to suppliers and other creditors.
• Expense Reports: Processing and tracking expense reports.
• Petty Cash Management: Handling petty cash transactions and maintaining records.
• Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support, such as answering phones, filing, and preparing documents.
• Assisting with Financial Reports: Helping prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Liaising with Third Parties: Communicating with clients, suppliers, and other external parties regarding financial matters.
• Ensuring Compliance: Helping to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant tax regulations.
• Other Tasks: May include tasks like preparing bank deposits, assisting with audits, and managing payroll documents.
• Financial Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate financial records, including processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and updating ledgers.
• Data Entry: Accurately entering financial data into accounting systems and databases.
• Bank Reconciliations: Reconciling bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 2 - 3 years of work experience.
