    Academy Coordinator

    Job Description

    • Develop and manage training schedules and curricula in alignment with organisational goals.
    • Oversee the execution of educational programmes and ensure timely delivery of training sessions.
    • Monitor program effectiveness by gathering feedback and making improvements where necessary.
    • Collaborate with trainers, developers, and other team members to ensure seamless programme delivery.
    • Engage with corporate clients, partners, and learners to understand and address their needs.
    • Maintain strong relationships with alumni and student communities to foster engagement.
    • Manage training venues, materials, and resources to support programme execution.
    • Ensure the availability and functionality of digital tools for virtual and hybrid training sessions.
    • Maintain a detailed database of training records, curricula, and participant feedback.
    • Stay updated on emerging trends in education and technology to improve programme content.
    • Introduce innovative teaching methods, including gamification and simulations, to enhance learning experiences.
    • Measure training effectiveness and report outcomes to leadership.
    • Prepare periodic reports on programme performance, participation, and feedback.
    • Recommend improvements to maximise the impact of educational initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or a related field.
    • 2-3 years of experience in programme coordination, training, or a related role.
    • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot), Google Workspace, and other training platforms.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Knowledge of AI or technology-related fields is an added advantage.
