AC Technician at Ama-Zuma Group

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation of air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Perform brazing of copper pipes and insulation of ducts for efficient operation.
• Conduct routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems, including, split air conditioning units, VRV systems, and heating pumps.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects and handle repairs promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment repairs, maintenance activities, and daily logs.
• Assist by providing solutions to inquiries and technical issues regarding air condition systems.
• Follow safety guidelines, adhere to appliance standards, and comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (HSE).
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for AC systems.
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Hold at least SSCE or OND qualification in Electrical, Electronics, HVAC, or Mechanical Engineering etc.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in air condition maintenance and repair
• Proficiency in working with various HVAC systems like air conditioners, refrigeration units, and heating pumps.
• Strong skills in connecting pipes, brazing copper pipes, and insulating ducts effectively.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated with industry advancements and new technologies in the HVAC field.
