Role and Responsibilities
The company requires the services of a competent and experienced General Manager who would serve as the chief executive. Other specific functions are:

• Managing, Planning and directing material resources as well as products and services of the company on a day-to-day basis;
• Serving as the accounting officer of the company answerable to the Board;
• Ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of business operations and fiscal health of the company;
• Achieving goals and targets set or approved by the Board and the company’s vision and missions;
• Expanding the business horizon in keeping with the article of association of the company
• Ensuring effective corporate leadership and good and transparent management practice; and,
• Liaising with regulatory authorities.
