• Ability  to retain existing customers and bring in new ones.
• A strategic and methodical leader with a vision to driving sales
• An astute administrator who is versatile in managing not only people under him but also customers.
• A  person who understands the meaning of customer service and  how best to deliver it.
• A person who sees every challenge as an opportunity to drive up sales.
• A sales man who uses every avenue and opportunity  drive sales
• Ability to identify supply gaps and fill them.
• Ability to walk the talk and not  just seat behind a  desk and expect sales
• A good sales analyst when it comes to why a product is doing when or otherwise

Requirements
What he must possess:

• B.Sc/HND in Business Administration, Marketing  or other Social Sciences
• A Masters Degree in  Marketing or related field will be an added advantage
• Hands on experience  in the sales/marketing  of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
• Not less than 10 years continuous hands on experience in an FMCG environment.
• Strategic and Analytical  composure
