• Management of HMO enrollment and issues group wide
• Leave and Absence Management for AIM, We-Tv and Narelli (local staff)
• Purchase of Local Ticket for AIM staff
• On-boarding of Staff to AIM Consultant: Preparation of offer and contract of employment; preparation of orientation calendar, approval for work tools and preparation of work tool and work space, email creation and configuration, enrollment on ERP system.
• CUG Management and monthly Reconciliation
• Processing of Material Request and Petty Cash Request
• Salary and Pension Account Opening
• Employee Relation
• Provision of Grouplife details to HR Officer in charge
• Updating staff database
• Time and Attendance Management
• Recruitment Correspondence with HR officer
• Filing and documentation
• Exit Management 
• Supervision of attendance, uniform and management of Technical staff

Education and Qualification

• Min Bsc/HND in relevant discipline
• 2years minimum experience
