    Customer Service Executive

    Job Description:

    • Answering Phone calls and emails from customers
    • Acknowledging and resolving customers’ complaints
    • Maintaining a professional and empathic attitude towards customers at all times
    • Keeping records of customer interactions, complaints and comments
    • Promptly responding to customer inquiries

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of OND
    • Candidates must not be more than 28years old
    • Must possess good Problem-solving skills
    • Good digital marketing skills is an advantage
    • Candidate must reside around Lekki and environs
