ROLE SUMMARY

Responsible for Lead generation pipeline, Credit sales and analysis, Market strategy and survey

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate team’s marketing and sales activities
• Train and supervise junior staff in marketing and selling the organization products
• Generate team’s sales leads
• Plan and coordinate the team marketing and sales activities
• Responsible for team’s performance appraisal
• Reporting market trends, fixed intelligent and competitors marketing activities to management
• Allocation of tasks to staff towards activities
• Customer feedback and problem solving

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc in any social science discipline (Business Administration, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Economics or related courses
• 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role
