As the Mechanical Engineer, you will support building construction projects by handling mechanical design, preparing technical drawings, and assisting in material planning to ensure efficient project execution and compliance with standards
Responsibilities
Prepare mechanical designs and detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD
Perform material take-offs and support procurement planning
Assist the MEP Engineer in preparing material submittals and project documentation
Review technical drawings and ensure alignment with project specifications
Support site activities and coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth execution
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in building construction projects
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for mechanical design and shop drawings
Professional certification such as COREN registration or NSE membership is an advantage
Good understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
