Manage the design contractors; review and approve completed designs

Prepare documents to put out tenders for contractors and oversee tender process to choose dependable and cost-efficient contractors
Review of the construction contract documentation, including drawings, specifications and bills of quantity to confirm feasibility
Ascertain the suitability of conditions set out in the contract including the provisions for cost overruns, construction time frames, programme delays etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates with background in Architecture field of study at undergraduate and postgraduate level can apply.
Professional certifications in Project management is an added advantage.
7 to 10 years progressive project management experience
Proficiency in project management software tools is required.
