Job Description

• Manage the design contractors; review and approve completed designs
• Maintain standards and monitor scope to ensure project quality
• Prepare documents to put out tenders for contractors and oversee tender process to choose dependable and cost-efficient contractors
• Review of the construction contract documentation, including drawings, specifications and bills of quantity to confirm feasibility
• Ascertain the suitability of conditions set out in the contract including the provisions for cost overruns, construction time frames, programme delays etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidates with background in Architecture field of study at undergraduate and postgraduate level can apply.
• Professional certifications in Project management is an added advantage.
• 7 to 10 years progressive project management experience
•  Proficiency in project management software tools is required.
