HR Business Partner at Carlcare Development

Job Summary

At the directive of the Country HR Office, the regional HRBP will be responsible for partnering with the regional office manager, and will handle the HR generalist responsibilities including; payroll management, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance & talent management, and HR reporting.

The candidate to be selected must meet the following qualifications, experience and requirements:

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of a bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years HR work experience, preferably in complex business environments. Telecoms
• Must possess a practical knowledge of the various Human Resources Management Systems and Processes which include; Recruitment & Selection, Payroll Management, Employee Communication and Employee Data Management.
• Must have excellent working knowledge of Nigerian Labor Laws.
• Chartered membership or relevant professional qualifications will be considered an advantage.
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for reporting and presentations

• Must reside in Ibadan.
• Must have proven leadership/managerial experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
• Must be able to work on multiple projects, with an ability to self-manage, plan and prioritize accordingly.
• Analytic and goal oriented.
• Ability to take initiatives and work effectively under pressure and in a changing environment
