Associate; Client Engagement at OutsideinHR Limited

Responsibilities:

• Managing and raise brand awareness and search for prospective clients for the marketing unit.
• Organise networking events to engage all stakeholders
• Communicates our portfolio to prospective and existing customers in an engaging, visually appealing and error-free manner.
• Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction.
• Follow up with new leads resulting after field activity generated by outside sales.
• Develops and sustains strong working relationships with all stakeholders.

Competencies:

• Minimum of 1 year post NYSC experience
• Knowledgeable about current online marketing platforms (mail chimps, WordPress, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.)
• Demonstrable experience in leading and managing marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

Qualification:
B.Sc/B.A /M.Sc degree in Marketing, Estate management, Social sciences or in equivalent field from a reputable university.
