Graduate Junior Welding Instructor at NigerDock

Responsibilities

•     Assist in the preparations of Materials Take- Offs (MTO's) for training course.
•     Ensure that all Materials are of the correct quality, type, grade and size.
•     Ensuring that all fitting equipment's are fit for purpose and in sufficient quantity.
•     Ensure that all materials are of the correct quality, type, grade and size.
•     Preparing Material Take Offs (MTO) for training courses.
•     Ensuring that all subordinate training school employees are conversant with welders training syllabus.
•     Assist in preparing and delivering candidates aptitude test.
•     Assists in the preparation, delivery, evaluation and reporting on all theoretical fitter training modules.
•     Assists in the preparation, delivery, evaluation and reporting on all Practical fitter training modules.

Qualification and Experience

•     OND in Mechanical or Metallurgy Engineering or relevant trade test +SSCE.
•     Minimum of 1 year experience in specialty area.
•     Ability to instruct teacher.
•     Strong Interpersonal and communication skills, ability to motivate trainees and apprentices.
