• Company profile.
• Copy of your company’s registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC certificate).
• Primary contact information of the company (physical address and active phone number(s).
• Contact person (designation, email and phone number(s).
• Banking Information.
• Tax Identification Number and Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years.
• Names of 3 references, including their addresses and phone number(s).
• Required notice for service.
• Insurance documentation for all vehicles.
• Price list/schedule.
• Provide information on terms and conditions of payment for services.
• Kindly indicate state(s) you are proposing.
