Community Relations & Regulatory Officer at Biswal Limited

Job Description:

• Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with site building vendor and all community stakeholders.
• Handle and settle disputes involving communities, youths relating to the acquisition of cell sites
• Ensure that company’s community policies are adhered to in addressing demands from host communities.
• Maintain the reputation, brand image and impact of business in the community
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and other budget reports
• Ensure timely resolution of client’s complaints or issues that may develop into conflicts

Competencies Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience in the telecommunication industry, project-based environment or in community relations.
• Knowledge of Telecommunications industry.
• Good negotiation skills
