Human Resource Specialist

Our client, a new generation Bank located on the Island axis of Lagos, is looking to recruit an experienced Human Resource Specialist with strong core HR experience.

Reporting line: Group Head HR

Location: Victoria Island

Sex: Male preferred

Pay Grade: Above BO level

Qualification:
- 5-7 years’ experience in CORE HR functions, with strong competence in Talent Management- Performance Management, and Compensation Management
- Strong Analytical and HR Reporting skills
