    Sales Account Executive

    Location: Yaba, Lagos

    About this Role

    • We are currently searching for a Sales Account Executive.
    • We are looking for an experienced Sales account executive to join our Transport Department.
    • You will act as a liaison between our transport team and our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • As a Sales account executive, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • You should also act proactively to address clients Flight and Cab needs and facilitate the booking process from beginning to the end.

    Responsibilities

    • Act as the point of contact for clients with Flight and Transport request.
    • Handle Online Flight Requests.
    • Handle Cab request from corporate clients.
    • Get vendors and negotiate discounts.
    • Respond to all emails and telephone calls regarding flight and cab requests.

    Requirements

    • A degree or its equivalent
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Must possess good customer relationship skills
    • Must be a good negotiator
    • Perfect written and oral communication skills.
