    Job Description

    • Build critical capability required for increased productivity
    • Drive and manage projects that impact on production, OEE and product quality.
    • Coaching and inculcating attitudinal changes

    Expectations

    • Strong technical background - preferably a Masters Degree in Sciences or Engineering
    • 5 years in Technical field
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in similar role
    • Good trainer, influencer with charismatic personality.
