We are seeking to hire a proficient and capable Manager on behalf of our client in Abuja. The candidate will be responsible for planning, directing and overseeing the operations and department.

JOB TASK AND RESPONSIBILITY 

• Lead employees to meet the organisation's expectations for productivity, quality, and good accomplishment.
• Supervise employee performance at all levels.
• Maintains transparent communication, appropriately communicate organisation information through department meetings, one on one meetings, and appropriate email, IM, and regular interpersonal communication.   
• Make business decisions that are financially responsible, accountable, justifiable, and defensible in accordance with the organisation policies and procedures.
• Represent/stand in for the CEO in his absence.
• Plan, evaluate, improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency and output.
• Close business deals on the company products.
• Manage the overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities of the department.
• Manage the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary to carry out the functions of the department.
• Prepare periodic reports for management as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.  

JOB REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS

• Minimum of Bachelors degree in Business Management or any related field
• Minimum of three (3) years of responsible leadership experiences in management or supervisory positions.
• Knowledge and experience in business supervision and management.
• Management experience in a team-oriented workplace preferred.
• Excellent organisational management skills.
• Salary: 60,000 with commision
