JOB DESCRIPTION

• Building Measurement
• Cost control and commercial management process
• Briefs, tender and contract documents preparation
• Performing risk and value management
• Advising on procurement strategy; Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labor costs
• Preparing, negotiating and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts
• Valuing completed and ongoing projects
• Cost planning and commercial management during the entire life cycle of the project from inception to completion;
• Prepare assessments and projections for future work when occasion arises

Qualifications
In order to succeed in this role, it is expected that you will have:

• Not less than 3 years relevant experience
• Ability to use QS CAD Appilcations
•  Relevant professional membership is an added advantage
• Strong team ethic and proven team leadership, coaching and in fluencing and negotiation skills
• Good sense of judgment, result-oriented, self-motivated with evident analytical and strategic thinking ability.
• Ability to work extended hours with team and with quality speed
• Minimum of BSc/HND; MSc/PGD is an added advantage
