Overall Purpose:
To be actively present on the workshop/yard floor to monitor process and equipment quality and monitor workshop person's compliance with HSE/Quality/Maintenance procedures.
The Principal Accountabilities:
To liaise with the Workshop Supervisor on a daily basis for information on workshop/ project plan activities to meet operational, project and engineering delivery schedules.
Interacting with Workshop-persons to ensure HSE / Quality / Maintenance / Engineering procedures cire being complied with
Reporting non-conformance against standards and rules to the Workshop Supervisor and Subsea Operation Coordinator
The successful candidate should meet the following criteria
- Excellent communication skills
- Not more than 35 years
- Must possess at least an OND with at least two (2) years experience in similar position
