Channel Distribution Manager - Frozen Food at AMO Group

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Implement effective sales management processes to follow-up on sales leads and projects with each distribution route.
• Manage product pricing in the marketplace.
• Identifies and evaluates partnership/distribution opportunities.
• Manage the ongoing relationship between the organization and participants within the value chain.
• Facilitate cooperation between partners included in the delivery of products to the end user.
• Develop detailed reports that offer quantifiable data to assist the sales, marketing and production departments.
• Oversee day to day channel operations in the markets.
• Work closely with all aspects of the business to gather product and channel insights.
• Develop, drive and implement channel marketing activities.
• Implement channel campaigns in order to expand market share and pursue aggressive growth targets.
• Work closely with the product and corporate marketing teams to support brand development.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least a first degree in related field.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG).
• Working knowledge in rapid prototyping, development, and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
• Results oriented mentality.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically
