Account Assistant at Infranet Limited

Candidate must be 

• Possess BSc. Accounting
• Proficient in the use of Quickbooks accounting software
• I.T literate
• 3 - 5 years of Experience

Duties:

• Assist with the production of monthly financial statements
• Deliver weekly reconciliation of bank statements and all other accounts
• Maintain and update the accounting system
• Preparation of purchase orders
• Preparation of creditor payments
• Reconciliation of creditor statements
• Preparation of sales invoices and statements
• Reconciliation of sales Ledger Control Account
• Preparation of remittance advices and bank payment notifications
