    Customer Relationship Manager

    • This role is a permanent role and location is based Gombe state.
      The client is looking for someone with below requirements;
    • In-depth knowledge of customer service policies and practices
    • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office applications
    • Thinking, analytical, problem solving skills
    • Active listening skills and high stress tolerance level
    • Strong leadership capabilities
    • Good supervisory and people management skills
    • Organizing and planning skills
    • Negotiation skills
    • Strong communication and influencing skills
    • Interpersonal skills 
    • B.Sc in any Social Science course
    • At least 5 years’ experience in customer service management
    • At least 2 years leading a Call Center operation
