Requirement
•    Candidate must be proficient in English language
•    Willingness to work 12 hrs shift.
•    Candidate must reside around VI/ Ikoyi axis.

Responsibilities

•  Oversee building projects, renovations or refurbishments.
• Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
• Project management, supervising and coordinating the work of contractors.
• Manage and lead change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities;
• Direct, coordinate and plan essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling;
• Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
• Allocate office space according to needs.
• Keep financial and non-financial records.
• Draft reports and make written recommendations.
