Restaurant Supervisor at Kodec Connect Consulting

The Restaurant Supervisor reports directly to the Manager on a daily basis and performs the following duties:

• Create new recipes and menus for special event
• Coordinate with Executive Chef in conducting daily inventory and organizing restaurant, including creating prep list, cleaning procedures, and food safety
• Lead pre-meal meeting that will address staff questions and prepare them for a fruitful day.
• Conduct quality control and monitor fresh product deliver.
• Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, ensuring staff and customers' concerns are addressed
• Hire, train, and supervise food and beverage service staff.
• Supervise the preventative maintenance and upkeep of equipment, and facility.
• Supervise the overall performance of food service facility and kitchen operations.
