SUMMARY
Under the Supervision of the COO, The Human Resource/ Admin Manager will steer consistency and effectiveness in HR/ Admin operations, policies and practices to ensure effective, efficient and strategic delivery of HR /Admin operations in the Organization. S/he will be responsible for employee compensation, pension, payroll, hiring, retention, development, providing strategic guidance and support in the areas of employee relations issues, manpower planning, performance management, key HR disciplinary processes, employee benefits, and recruitment and day-day operations of employees.
