    Sales Manager

    BASIC SALARY: N100,000 - N130,000
    COMMISSION: 10%
    TRANSPORTATION: 1 (Pool Car)
    TELEPHONE: Monthly recharge card of N5,000

    A list of reviewable and expected functions of the Sales Manager:

    •  Sell products by implementing sales plans; supervising sales staff.
    •  Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies;
    • analyzing trends and results.
    •  Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions
    • and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
    •  Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
    •  Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and
    • demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
    •  Establish and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and
    • demand.
    •  Complete national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning
    • employees; following up on work results.
    •  Maintain national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
    •  Maintain national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees;
    • planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
    •  Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;
    • reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in
    • professional societies.
    •  Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Achieve growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
    • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base
    • and ensure its strong presence

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
    • Successful previous and proven experience as a sales representative or sales manager
    • particularly in Real Estate Industry
    • Consistently meeting or exceeding targets
    • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all
    • levels of the organization
    • Ability to communicate in local languages
    • Ability to demonstrate good leadership and mentoring skills
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
    • Strong business sense and industry expertise
    • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
