Experienced Manager at Fibre

Description:
We’re looking for a proactive and self-directed individual, who is passionate about transforming the rental market in Nigeria to join our team as the Experience Manager. This person will oversee the smooth running of all our locations and ensure to it that we provide the optimum living experience for our members.

Responsibilities
Our Experience Manager will:

• Oversee our landlords’ reps and facility managers to ensure their locations are being run to Fibre standards
• Work closely with the supply team to quickly get new Fibre locations up and running
• Oversee periodic inspections of Fibre locations throughout the year
• Design and track system that will enable us to measure the quality of our members’ experiences
• Assist sales team with property viewings when necessary

Requirements

• BA / BS degree or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• A proven ability to handle many different tasks at once
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in facility management with demonstrable experience managing residential properties
• Strong computer skills and competency in MS Office
