AFM recruit is a recruiting firm based in Lekki phase 1; we are looking to hire a Sales Executive/Supervisor for a client of ours Located on the mainland.

Job Summary:

• Act as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets;
• Generate new key Sport Agent accounts for the company to tap into previously untapped opportunities for revenue growth MOM.
• Grow revenue from Sports Agent channels by ensuring that Agents & freelance agents (Viewing Centers) grow revenue quality & numbers MOM.
• Implementation of customer care processes in the company’s outlets.
• Ensuring & driving sales performance.
• Ensure proper company’s OUTLET maintenance
•  on a regular basis.
• Ensure company’s outlet adherence to standard SOP’s via store opening & closing, branding etc
• Ensuring adherence to standard documentation  as per defined norms
• Ensuring Retail Visibility through merchandising/Promotional items.
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance
• Prepare daily and weekly  reports to supervisors
• Participate in credit collection
• Identify customers eligible for weekly roll-over credit and informing line managers

Minimum Qualification(s)

• Minimum OND  in any field
• Minimum 1-2  years’ experience
• Must be residing on the mainland.
