Training and Development Officer at Value Seeds Limited

Job Description

• Identify training needs for small-holder farmers on agricultural, financial and administrative skills
• Organise and facilitate training programmes for farmers, agriculture-support workforce and those in the organisation
• Liaise and seek support from NGOs and development partners supporting agriculture
• Oversee, monitor and evaluate training programmes
• To keep accurate training records those are comprehensive and up-to- date. To deal with enquiries relating to training and development
• Identify training needs for agriculture-support workforce (e.g. distributors, academics, and researchers) including in-house staff of the company

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in any relevant field (Agriculture, Management, Education, etc). A master’s degree is an asset
• Very proactive and can perform excellent with little supervision
• High proficient with ICT
• Excellent planning, multi-task and manage time effectively
• Proven 3-5years work experience in organizing trainings preferably in the field of agriculture
