    Assistant Product Manager - Pharma

    Reports to: Medical Marketing Manager.

    Qualifications

    • B.Pharm
    • Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical marketing with minimum 2 years of Product Management experience
    • A relevant master’s degree is an advantage but not compulsory
    • Evidence of Training in pharma-product marketing will be an advantage
    • Strong understanding and experience of pharmaceutical marketing
    • Great writing and communication presentation and analytical skills.
    • Ability to train sales teams on all product aspects and liason with training department.
    • Be self-motivated & able to adapt to changing priorities with strong attention to detail
    • Be hard working, well organised & commercially focused.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Development of brochures and other pharma marketing materials
    • Aiding sales efforts by training field staff on medical marketing aspects.
    • Train sales teams on all product aspects and on the correct and effective use of all marketing materials
    • Contribute to marketing ideas, strategies and promotional mix to meet brand objectives vis-à-vis customer needs.
    • Market development, expansion and monitoring for assigned TA towards achievement of financials
    • Development of annual plans and co-ordination of implementation including co-ordination of in-market activities.
    • Monitor business performance and external environment to meet business objectives.
    • This position reports to the Medical Marketing Manager.
