- Experience 3 - 5 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Sales and Business Development
Requirements and Experience
- 3-5 year experience in Business Analysis and Process Design
- 3-5 year experience in Management of Organizational Change & Communication
- Experience in Business Architecture (use case scenario design, functional design, etc...)
- Experience in Project Management at large scale
- Proven experience in transformational projects in relation with CRM, Loyalty Management, Customer Master Data Management with a preference in Telco environment
- Experience in Customer Operations Optimization
- Certification in Business Analysis is a plus.
