The Role

This position report directly to the Executive Director Operations and have oversight over the specified branches with the overall responsibility for effective coordination and implementation of the business strategies while ensuring seamless operations for increased revenue, profitability and excellent customer service delivery.

Person Specifications

• Excellent first degrees in Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Economics, Banking, Finance, Insurance, Law, Business Studies or allied disciplines from recognized Universities, are required. The possession of Masters degrees, will be added advantage.
• Membership of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) is mandatory in addition to other relevant professional qualifications.
• Minimum of 15 years post- graduation cognate experience out of which 8 years must be in the Insurance industry and at senior management level.
• Extensive experience in the core areas with a broad view, as well as the capacity to manage resources optimally.
• The right candidates must possess effective leadership and managerial skills, as well as in depth knowledge of the insurance sector.
• The right candidates must be bold, dynamic and team players.
• The successful candidates must demonstrate excellent communication, networking and practical IT Skills.
