• Optimise plant and equipment availability
• Optimise process performance
• Manage planned maintenance system integrity and optimal usage
• Facilitate problem solving and decision making
• Optimise team performance
• Manage occupational health, safety, risk and environment
• Communicate effectively across teams

Requirements:

• Minimum of B.Eng. in any engineering related course
• Good knowledge of best practices in manufacturing
• Membership of COREN/ NSE will be an advantage
• Minimum of 4 years’ prior experience in a FMCG environment
• 2 years’ experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
• Must be Computer proficient
