Job Description

• The Cook is responsible for meal preparation, serving meals, record keeping and cleaning of all kitchen equipment and accessories.

Skill/Competency Requirements

• Candidates must be able to prepare and serve nutrition and tasty meals whilst maintaining excellent standards of hygiene under supervision.
• Possession of a Diploma in Catering will be an added advantage.
• He/she must adhere to all public health regulations regarding food storage and preparation.
• Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a fast paced kitchen.
