Job Summary

• We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Modeler with mid-level experience in interior design and architecture.
• The ideal candidate will have a solid background in creating realistic 3D models and visualizations for interiors, architectural structures, and design concepts.
• You will work closely with architects, designers, and other team members to bring their visions to life, using cutting-edge software to produce high-quality renderings and models.

Key Responsibilities

• 3D Modelling: Create high-quality, detailed 3D models and renderings of interior spaces, architectural designs, and furniture using industry-standard software.
• Visualizations: Develop realistic visualizations and animations for presentations to clients, ensuring design accuracy and aesthetic appeal.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to interpret design concepts and translate them into digital models.
• Technical Drawings: Assist in generating technical drawings and specifications based on 3D models to support construction and manufacturing processes.
• Material Application: Apply textures, materials, and lighting to 3D models to ensure realistic and immersive representations of design concepts.
• Revisions: Make adjustments and revisions to models based on feedback from clients and design teams, ensuring project timelines are met.
• Software Utilization: Use software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, or similar to create accurate and detailed models.
• Stay Updated: Stay current with new 3D design technologies and trends in the interior design and architectural industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Modelling, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in 3D modelling within the interior design or architectural industry.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, V-Ray, and/or Lumion.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, interior layouts, and spatial planning.
• Knowledge of lighting, materials, and rendering techniques for realistic visualizations.
• Portfolio showcasing your experience in 3D modelling for interiors and architectural projects (required).
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for post-production work on renderings.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and translate them into accurate 3D models.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
• Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with design and architectural teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with parametric modelling and BIM (Building Information Modelling).
• Knowledge of VR/AR technologies for immersive design presentations.
• Experience working in both residential and commercial interior design projects.
• Understanding of construction documentation and its integration into 3D models.
