3D Design Officer at One StepAhead Consulting

The Interior Design Officer is responsible for developing high-quality 3D models and visual concepts that bring design ideas to life. The role involves translating design briefs into creative, functional, and visually appealing interior solutions. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to refine concepts and ensure alignment with project goals.
The position requires strong technical expertise in 3D modeling, rendering, and design software. You will support the Design Manager in planning and executing interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D models, renderings, and animations for design projects
• Interpret design briefs to create innovative and functional design concepts
• Apply textures, lighting, and materials for realistic visual outputs
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to refine design ideas and specifications
• Assist in planning and execution of interior design projects
• Create accurate models of spaces, objects, and architectural elements
• Review and optimize 3D assets to ensure quality and consistency
• Coordinate design activities to ensure timely project delivery
• Translate client and brand requirements into design plans and concepts
• Maintain project documentation, design libraries, and material samples
• Use industry-standard software to produce creative and technical solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software
• Good understanding of interior design principles and spatial planning
• Ability to interpret briefs and deliver creative solutions
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
