Job Description:
* Overall responsibility of manpower planning and recruitment
* Oversees recruitment process
* Develops the induction and orientation programmes for the new recruits
* Works out compensation plan and policies
* Conducts researches to study the current compensation trends in the market. Implements laid down procedures
* Project Manage performance management process where necessary
* Develop and Implement employee welfare and disciplinary policies
* Provide quarterly HR reports
* Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualification:
* Minimum of 10 Years post NYSC experience and 5 minimum Years experience in HR field
* Certificate & Membership in HRM (SPHR, HRBP, CIPM)
Knowledge & Skills:
* Good Communication & Network skills
* Leadership Skills
* Critical Thinking & Problem Solving Skills
* Ability to implement training, compensation, benefit and recruitment and all HR policies & procedures
