A financial services company is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join a team of HR generalists. In this role, you will partner closely with the business in all HR issues in hiring, terminating, benefits administration, company-wide bonus increases, etc.

Qualifications and Experience
- 5+ years in HR generalist role, preferably in financial services industry but not required
- Excellent analytical abilities and experience working with Excel
- Experience working with senior business leaders and shaping organizational goals
- Hands on experience across HR disciplines including recruiting, compensation, employee relations, benefits, employee leaves, talent management
