Job Description
- The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
Competence Requirements:
- Attention to detail.
- Problem analysis and problem solving.
Relevant Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the banking industry or other related industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related technical field preferred
Added Advantages:
- Certifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality.
- Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma.
