Role Responsibilities

• Assist Rig Manager to compute technical information for future planning and coordinate plans with drilling department and Oil Company. 
• Assist Rig Manager to manage conditions for the safety of crew as well as third party personnel. 
• Assist Rig Manager in supervising operations at production wells and manage the efficiency of drilling operations.  Scheduling work is also part of the job. 
•  Maintain an adequate and sufficient stock of materials (ordering spare parts, valve devices, drilling tools, fuel, water and other supplies).
• Handle the human resources of a rig and the supply of skilled personnel for operations. Assure safety systems, recruitment, promotions, terminations, payroll, etc…

Requirements

• Competent leadership and communication skills are essential for this position.
• Trend Monitoring, HPHT Finger Printing .
• knowledge on safety working practices
• Valid IWCF/IACD
• Strong experience in crew supervision, emergency procedures,  pressure systems, drilling fluids, in addition to other drilling techniques.
• Land Rig Experience of up to 15years
• Strong knowledge of drilling techniques and systems.
