RESPONSIBILITIES:
CMO to drive, formation of new cells and deployment of RMslFOs and mobile tellering machines and report to the BDM, RMs/FOs to drive membership enrolment, deposit mobilization, loans etc. and ensure all off branch deposits are posted through mobile tellering machines. Must be willing to undergo training on MTN SAAS software and usage.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
First degree in any of the social sciences or administration, At least 4 years working experience in financial, marketing or similar institution, Good communication and inter-personal skill. Ability to manage a team and drive performance, Computer literacy, Knowledge of Aba market and surrounding towns is very important.
