Job Purpose
This role holder is expected to deliver,review policies and procedures required for the smooth delivery of the Compensation, Benefits and Incentives Strategy of Airtel Nigeria.
Key Accountabilities
Implementation of Compensation structure and plan
Implementation of Benefits Plan
Design & administration of Incentive Schemes.
Relationship Managment
Educational Qualifications & Functional /Technical Skills
Relevant Experience
